Who is Average Joe Blow? Average Joe Blow (AJB) is a Texas CPA who loves to listen to, write and sing Country music. He was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana on the side of the Mississippi River referred to as "The West Bank" and historic "Algiers". He began writing songs in 1988 where he submitted a couple of his R&B songs to a Detroit songwriter. After hearing AJB's material, she offered many words of encouragement and asked if there was ways she could help him. AJB simply answered "You just did. You told me I have something commercial".

In his first Country project 'Average Joe Blow/Average Jane Deaux', he teamed up with Melanie Massell of Atlanta, Georgia, an extraordinary accomplished female vocalist, to create a lively presentation of solos and duets. The second CD produced 'I Like My Country Country', is performed exclusively by AJB.
